This thunbergia from Africa and India is a very showy vine with wonderful blue flowers. It rambles, so it is best used where it can run free over your fence, trellis, wherever you want a full appearance

Best blooming is in the warm months through the fall and in full sun. Expect some blooms always

Not salt tolerant, the grandiflora requires well drained soil. Expect to prune back your vine to keep it in the space you want covered. Fertilize normally
