Mexican Flame Vine

Mexican Flame vine is a flashy evergreen climber, fast growing and easy to cultivate.  Water to establish in most any soil, then it's on it's own

Full sun is the best location for maximum flowering although some afternoon shade is OK.  Young Mexican Flame Vine orange flowers change to red blooms as they age on the plant

Mexican Flame Vine is also an excellent butterfly garden plant

Maximum color is during warm and hot months and well into the fall.  Fertilize lightly, normally
